supposed to snow in the Nation's Capital this week i think.
So...did it? It rained here. Cold, wet rain that I do not like. Plus, Ch'town drivers are pretty inconsiderate when it comes to NOT SPLASHING YOU WHILE YOU'RE ON THE SIDEWALK!
